Our Story – Getting to know Community Property Managers Group, Inc.

CPMGI was established in 1996, starting as an exclusive estate manager of Phinma Properties. The first “in-city” medium-rise building (MRB) was built in Quezon City with only three administrative staff handling property management. In 2004, the first concept of community development was introduced to the community of Sunny Villas, leading to the organization of more communities in the succeeding years.

With a revitalized administrative staff and a fully equipped cluster organization, community development and re-organization played a vital role in the property management of PPMG at Spazio Bernardo in 2005. The following year, an improved move-in orientation and turnover process at Spazio Bernardo West Villas was introduced through one-on-one presentations by the Community Development Staff, which were carried out throughout all new and future project sites.

Guided by the Condominium Act or RA 4726, CPMGI is now registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, thus becoming Community Property Managers Group Inc. in 2017. From an original three to four administrative staff, CPMGI now has 409 personnel serving 20 developed communities. In 2021, CPMGI is now open to serve communities and projects across Metropolitan Manila and regional areas.

Our Managed Properties

CPMGI currently manages 65,802 units across different residential projects, both horizontal and vertical. Our property management services are spread across various communities, including those developed by Phinma Properties. We take pride in our capability to provide comprehensive property management services to various real estate properties.

Meanwhile, CPMGI also manages mid-rise residential projects under various real estate developers and those incorporated under Condominium corporation and Residential communities with Homeowners Association nationwide.
