Community Development Assistant

Job Location: Davao
Job Description
- Conduct Unit Owner Orientation which includes House Rules & Regulations, Master Deeds and other information that should be discuss
- Establish cluster organization by identifying potential community leaders and committee members
- Conduct election of community leaders and ensure that elected officers will be involved in community meetings, activities & events
- Conceptualize and implement social affairs, spiritual activities, and informative events to involve Unit Owners in community building effort and empower them for community sustainability
- Recommend, organize and facilitate CSR activities to develop generosity and concern of the community to the less fortunate people
- Provide first contact resolution to unit owners who have concerns and make sound judgment prior to escalation to Property Administrator
- Establish good relationship/partnership with LGU and neighboring communities
- Create newsletters, write-ups, and presentations
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Community Development, Sociology, or other social science courses
- With at least 6 months experience in the related field
- Knowledgeable in community organizing, profiling and assessment
- Works with compassion and has the ability to empathize with people
- Has excellent communication (both Filipino & English), interpersonal and team building skills
- Confident to deal with people at all levels
